In 1897, Kaiserling published an account of a method which at once marked a distinct stepp in advance in regard to our Knowledge of sus matters. The tursues were fixed in a mixture 440c.c. formalin, 200 6.6 water, 3 grammes. Potroium Nitrate, and 6 Grammes Polarsium.
